Plus, sharing some tips and tricks I\u2019ve learned along the way how to maintain good hair health.<\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span class=\"s1\">General hair care guidelines:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Careful not to blow dry too close with heat as it\u2019ll cause damage.
